MAG Aerospace is seeking a resourceful Creative Director to oversee the creative staff responsible for maintaining standards of branding and quality of art, including graphics, original artwork, photographs, and video content. The Creative Director shall provide oversight of the creative staff and ensure commercial quality artwork, layout, and design are consistent with established branding and industry standards across all publications and means of dissemination, supporting the intent of Government publications

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong creative skills
• Leadership abilities
• Communication skills
• Strategic thinking

Minimum years of experience:

• A minimum of ten years' (10) experience directly managing commercial artists, graphic designers, web designers, photo editors, and other creative staff for professional publications (e.g., Newspapers, magazines, on-line publications) within guidelines established by senior management.

Education:

• High School

Desired Requirements

• A minimum of three years' experience working with foreign language versions /translations to and from English language publications

Other Qualifications

• Current active TS/SCI eligibility

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112000 to $208000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
