Job Title: NGA Software Engineer (TS/SCI) - Mid and Senior levels available
Position Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $100,000 – $140,000 annually
Location: Onsite (St. Louis, MO area)
Years of Experience Required: 4+ years

Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the development of advanced geospatial and data-driven applications within a secure environment. This role focuses on building scalable applications and contributing to systems that process and visualize large datasets.
This is an opportunity to work on modern technologies, including application development, cloud services, and data analytics, within a collaborative and agile team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications supporting geospatial and data-driven systems
• Contribute to applications handling large volumes of data and multiple data sources
• Support application design, development, testing, and integration efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Assist in improving application performance, usability, and functionality
• Contribute to documentation for development, deployment, and system processes
• Participate in Agile development activities and team collaboration
Required Qualifications
• 4–5 years of experience in software engineering or application development
• Active TS/SCI clearance (CI polygraph not required upfront but must be obtainable)
• Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript)
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular)
• Experience supporting development or enhancement of enterprise or mission systems
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms and services
• Exposure to geospatial technologies or data visualization
• Experience with DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with data modeling, machine learning, or analytics
• Relevant technical certifications
