Job Title: VDI Engineer (TS/SCI) - Remote
Position Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $77,500 – $176,000 annually (dependent on experience)
Location: Remote
Years of Experience Required: 3+ years

Overview
We are seeking a VDI Engineer to support the design, implementation, and management of enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure environments. This role focuses on ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of virtual desktop solutions supporting a distributed workforce.
This is an opportunity to work on modern VDI environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms while solving complex infrastructure challenges.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, deploy, and manage VDI environments using Citrix
• Support VDI infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Monitor system performance and optimize VDI environments for scalability and reliability
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to virtual desktop environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system integrity and compliance
• Implement enhancements and upgrades to improve user experience and system performance
• Maintain documentation for VDI configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
Required Qualifications
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and management of Citrix VDI platforms
• Experience managing VDI infrastructure in on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments (e.g., VMware)
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• IAM Level II certification
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Citrix 2402 LTSR
• Experience with NetScaler
