Job Title: ICAM Engineer (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) – Secret Clearance
Position Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $86,900 – $198,000 annually (dependent on experience)

Overview
We are seeking an ICAM Engineer to support enterprise identity and access management initiatives within a secure, large-scale environment. This role focuses on strengthening identity security, supporting zero trust architectures, and ensuring proper access controls across systems and users.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact cybersecurity solutions, helping protect critical systems through identity governance, authentication, and access management technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of ICAM and IAM solutions
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
• Configure and administer directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP
• Implement and support authentication solutions, including MFA and single sign-on (SSO)
• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and processes
• Assist in securing cloud-based identity environments (Azure, AWS)
• Analyze access requirements and enforce least privilege principles
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to align identity solutions with security frameworks
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues across enterprise systems
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience supporting ICAM, IAM, or identity governance programs
• 3+ years of experience administering directory services (Active Directory, LDAP)
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and cybersecurity administration
• Experience with MFA solutions (e.g., Okta, Duo, Auth0) and PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea)
• Experience supporting IAM solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of PKI, PIV standards, and identity security best practices
• Understanding of identity-focused cybersecurity principles and controls
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and apply industry best practices
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with IAM/IGA tools (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity)
• Experience with Splunk or ELK stack
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM solution delivery projects
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Familiarity with project management concepts, including scheduling and issue resolution
• Knowledge of troubleshooting processes for IGA or PAM systems
