Job Summary:
Subsidium, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst to support financial and acquisition lifecycle activities for the U.S. Coast Guard CG-835. This role will focus on end-to-end transaction management, financial oversight, and compliance for intra-governmental agreements and reimbursable work activities.
Base Salary/Pay: $95,000-$100,000
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage full lifecycle of intra-governmental financial transactions (IAA/IRWA).
Serve as primary liaison for customers on transaction execution and closeout.
Monitor financial activity including obligations, receivables, and UDOs.
Perform reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies across systems.
Support use of G-Invoicing and federal financial systems (FSMS, GL, APMS).
Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations and policies.
Provide advisory support on financial processes and best practices.
Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all transactions.
Support reporting requirements and financial performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Experience in federal financial management, resource management, or acquisition.
Knowledge of interagency transactions and appropriations law.
Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting processes.
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination and HSPD-12 PIV card.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Bachelor’s + 2 years relevant experience or;
10+ years equivalent experience in related field.
