Intermediate Technical Analyst

Job Summary:
Crisis1, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst to support financial and acquisition lifecycle activities for the U.S. Coast Guard CG-835. This role will focus on end-to-end transaction management, financial oversight, and compliance for intra-governmental agreements and reimbursable work activities.
Base Salary/Pay:
$95,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Manage full lifecycle of intra-governmental financial transactions (IAA/IRWA).
• Serve as primary liaison for customers on transaction execution and closeout.
• Monitor financial activity including obligations, receivables, and UDOs.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies across systems.
• Support use of G-Invoicing and federal financial systems (FSMS, GL, APMS).
• Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations and policies.
• Provide advisory support on financial processes and best practices.
• Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all transactions.
• Support reporting requirements and financial performance tracking.
Qualifications:
• Experience in federal financial management, resource management, or acquisition.
• Knowledge of interagency transactions and appropriations law.
• Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Must be U.S. citizen.
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Bachelor’s + 2 years relevant experience or;
• 10+ years equivalent experience in related field.
