Job Description
Piper Companies is looking for a Project Manager III to join a federal research support company located in Dale County, Alabama.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager III include:
· Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of injury biomechanics RDT&E research projects
· Managing project schedules, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables
· Providing administrative and operational support for human subject, non-human subject, cadaveric, and test & evaluation research efforts
· Coordinating with principal investigators, technical staff, leadership, and external partners while supporting reporting, documentation, data management, logistics, and lab activities
Qualifications for the Project Manager III include:
· Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
· Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field
· 5+ years of project management experience supporting laboratory, research, or RDT&E environments
· Experience managing multiple projects, technical documentation, reporting, and project lifecycle activities
Compensation for Project Manager III includes:
· Rate Range: $43-57/hr, depending on experience
· Comprehensive Benefit Package: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as Required by Law
