As the Senior Manager EO Engineering you will be responsible for leading the EO Engineering Hardware team in the development, integration, production, and sustainment of EO hardware across multiple aircraft platforms.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree STEM or related discipline
• Leadership experience managing multi-function engineering groups.
• Technical expertise in the Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) domain, including sensor architecture, signal-processing methods, and performance trade-offs.
• Knowledge of avionic system development, covering hardware, software, and firmware interfaces.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with cost and schedule drivers that affect program execution and the ability to balance these constraints while delivering innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at multiple sites and with a range of suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Direct workforce management, including recruitment, placement, training, and career development.
- Oversee budget, technical execution, staffing, processes, and tools for the functional competency.
- Lead complex technical projects with effective project management, risk mitigation, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with ADP programs, Aeronautics programs, other business units, and industry partners.
- Implement performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide focused feedback.
