You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) for the Production Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for driving process excellence in Grand Prairie machining operations.

As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for developing, improving, and investigating manufacturing processes to eliminate defects and meet production goals.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of related experience
-Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering
Technology or similar field
-Experienced with manufacturing tooling (fixtures, cutters, and other shop tools) and CNC machinery
-Experience reducing defects and increasing productivity/throughput
-Proven track record of data driven approach to
solving problems
Desired Skills:
-Familiarity of inspection equipment and processes
-Experience with root cause and corrective action
investigations
-Ability to work as part of a team to reach
objectives
-NX / Creo / Windchill / SAP experience
-Strong communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Design and implement process development and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root-cause and corrective-action analysis to eliminate defects.
- Eliminate process waste to increase machining throughput.
- Support a range of equipment and machining processes.
- Interface with program and functional stakeholders to drive production targets.
