- You will validate, establish and coordinate the logistic services that are provided by all subordinate functional areas.
- You will apply technical knowledge of logistic operations and managerial skill and abilities in the integration of varied planning functions and implementation of systems and programs.
- You will oversee the development of projects established by program managers requiring industrial engineer support to ascertain the feasibility of inclusion in existing projects not yet completed.
- You will provide material support functions (e.g., Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Control Center Free-Issue, Local Delivery Unit).
- You will ensure aviation and ground fuel consumed by the Air Station, 2d Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), Fleet Replacement Command (FRC) East, and Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field (MCALF) Bogue is positioned to meet mission requirements.
- You will provide personal property, passenger transportation, and passport services for authorized personnel assigned to MCAS Cherry Point, FRC East, 2d MAW, other subordinate and supported commands aboard the air station.
- You will procure, receive, store, maintain, inventories, issue, ship, recover, and dispose of Navy and Marine Corps ammunition and explosives (A/E) used by subordinate, supported, and host commands aboard the installation.
- You will provide consumer level garrison property support for the Air Station and 2d MAW.
- You will ensure high quality, cost effective, food services is provided through the Consolidated Food Service Program, and to authorized patrons at MCAS Cherry Point, MCALF Bogue, and Marine Corps Outlying Field (MCOLF), Atlantic.

- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
