Title: Oracle SOA Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months with possible extension for the duration
Rate: All-inclusive

Description
- Design, develop, and maintain SOA applications using Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, OSB/ESB).
- Build and support SOAP/REST-based integration services.
- Develop integration solutions for logistics, supply chain, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support system interfaces across Oracle EBS and middleware platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities.
- Contribute to system design discussions and solution improvements.
- Create technical documentation, mapping specifications, and test artifacts.
- Ensure compliance with DoD standards, cybersecurity, and data protection policies.
- Follow quality assurance and configuration management processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, OSB/ESB).
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT, and web services.
- Experience with Java, PL/SQL, or similar technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Bachelor's degree.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
