Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Analyst on the project, you will:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office, overseeing functions including HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment/employment
- Develop complete and accurate process documentation in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders, using appropriate formats such as workflows, procedures, and policies
- Schedule and facilitate meetings to gather requirements, understand new processes, and identify enhancement opportunities that improve efficiency, support growth, and enable new solutions
- Create and support change management plans to drive adoption of new processes, programs, and operational improvements
- Assist leadership in overseeing key initiatives and process or program enhancements, ensuring activities are completed on time and aligned to objectives
- Conduct research and provide business analysis support across ongoing projects, including requirements elicitation, business writing, process documentation, coordination, and oversight of user acceptance testing

Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience with Human Resources, Process Improvement, and/or Training Support for Federal Talent Solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
