Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver with Active Clearance in Liverpool, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and assigned security-related protocols at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and follow access control procedures for restricted or sensitive areas.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and pass-down communication, and support emergency response activities according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
