Job Description
Blu Omega is looking for a Project Manager to support a Federal Health initiative focused on improving processes and driving better outcomes for agents and brokers.
Location: Ideally 1-2 days onsite per month in Northern VA
Clearance: Must be eligible for Public Trust

Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance

- In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to:
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and gather insights
- Help shape solutions and improve processes
- Create clear documentation and recommendations
- Drive alignment and keep initiatives moving forward
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a stakeholder-facing project, consulting, or change management role.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to synthesize input into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Comfortable working across teams to drive alignment and progress.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Jira / Confluence.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with federal clients or CMS.
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or marketplace programs.
- Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives.
