Credence has an immediate need for an Associate Budget Analyst to support the 501st MI DBE, Army INSCOM program at Camp Humphreys, Korea.
These positions involve providing management and technical support in the areas of Resource Planning, Resource Programming, Resource Budgeting, Resource Execution (PPBE), Congressional Authorizations and Appropriations, and Resource Oversight support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination and maintenance of documentation and associated databases used in DOD resource management systems. This includes Future-Years Defense Program (FYDP) planning, development of transformational resource support programs, and maintenance of the data management systems that provide resources, fiscal or manning and support for current year funds execution.

- General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
- Review procurement requests and recommend corrective actions
- Financial Analysis
- Budget Execution and Data Maintenance
- Current Year Budget Execution reporting
- Resource Allocation
- Organization agreements
- Support for Data Packages
- Civilian Resource Management
- Management and Accounting Support
- Review of MIPRs and UFRs
- DTS/GTC tasks as needed
Requirements
Education, Requirements, and Qualifications:
- Must have an active or current Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility, verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, or alternatively, 4 additional years of DoD financial management experience in place of a bachelor's degree.
- Preferred: A minimum of 5 years DoD financial management experience
- Experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) is preferred.
- Completion of Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE), and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival are necessary.
- Candidates should possess sufficient communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
