Onsite Job: Manufacturing Planner 3

Indotronix is seeking an :Manufacturing Planner 3, San Antonio, TX

Shift: 2nd shift (2:30PM-11PM)
OT/Weekend Work: As required
Clearance: Secret (post start) & PL1 access
Associate degree and 3+ years of experience
Interview: Teams/Webex based interview, approx 30 mins, panel

Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and integrating suppliers, processes, materials, and technologies to support manufacturing and delivery requirements. Ensures producibility, tooling readiness, and process efficiency while meeting cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate manufacturing plans, processes, and supplier requirements
• Review and approve supplier data to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards
• Define and manage tooling requirements from design through end-of-life
• Perform producibility assessments and provide input to design and manufacturing teams
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues
• Develop work statements, process flows, and sequencing to meet delivery schedules
• Create, update, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Planning
• 5+ years of experience with CAD software
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings and engineering specifications
• Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to obtain required customer access/approval (background check required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Manufacturing Planner experience in aerospace
• Experience with MESCI, Gold ESP
• Familiarity with tools such as IVT, REDARS, WIRS
