Overview
LMI is seeking a Deputy Operations Lead to support the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in Washington, DC. We are seeking an energetic self-starter who has expert consulting and customer service skills and is focused on developing practical and efficient solutions to administrative challenges. The Deputy Operations Lead will support the Program Manager in executing the program by leading operational workflows, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment across all program tasks.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily program operations, ensure task completion, and meet quality standards outlined in program objectives.
- Supervise resource allocation, coordinate task leads, and maintain alignment across workstreams.
- Proactively identify potential risks, support risk mitigation planning, and resolve project challenges.
- Prepare regular progress updates, financial dashboards, and deliverable reports to ensure program transparency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on staffing, onboarding, and task prioritization to meet dynamic program needs.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master's degree with 6 years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience.
- Background in program operations, logistics, or process improvement, with experience supporting large, federally funded contracts.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and data tracking tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and operational management skills.
