Senior Logistician

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistician to join our vehicle sustainment team in Powidz, Poland. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all functional duties independently while overseeing complex logistical operations.
• Provide leadership and management for all assigned logisticians and supply clerks.
• Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of the organization to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.
• Record, maintain, and initiate work order documentation for the acquisition of component items from vendors.
• Ensure supply personnel maintain proficiency in the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), GCSS-A, or DOD equivalent systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 9+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's OR 15 years' experience.
  • 1+ yrs. of experience in the use of Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), GCSS-A or DOD equivalent to ensure military supply system proficiency and managing inventory and maintenance records without requiring basic software training.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the use of Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), GCSS-A, or DOD equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience managing inventory and maintenance records without requiring basic software training.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and have a current/active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
