We are currently seeking a Operations Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.

Functional Description: This position description is for an Operations Analyst for the MQ-4C Triton program office PMA-262 at Patuxent River, MD. The Operations Analyst position supports the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262) located at Patuxent River, MD. This role provides essential in-person business and operational management. The incumbent will also serve as a back-up for the Operations Officer as needed. This position directly supports the Operations Officer, Program Manager, and Deputy Program Manager in all aspects of program office operations.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Program & Process Management
  • Develop and manage program documentation, correspondence, briefings, guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Revamp business processes and manage knowledge by maximizing the use of digital tools (M365, govt tools).
  • Perform administrative duties for the internal Operations team
  • Perform administrative duties for PMA-wide Operations

Coordination & Communications
  • Coordinate and host executive and staff meetings (e.g., PM Calendar Syncs, leadership meetings, All Hands), including scheduling, content compilation, and hosting.
  • Perform routine reporting tasks such as PAE updates, internal updates, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of All Hands events.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly PMA and higher-level awards process.

Workforce & Administrative Operations
  • Manage workforce lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and visit requests/access control.
  • Coordinate workforce development initiatives, such as internal and guest training.
  • Perform additional operational duties as required.


Required Experience:

Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be at least two (2) years of NAVAIR experience related to operations support.

Required Education: A Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions is required.

Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for an Associate's Degree.

OR

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Desired Experience:

· Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.

· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

· Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.

· Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

· Capacity to learn new processes and provide constructive feedback for process improvement opportunities.

This role requires in-person support.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance preferred or ability to obtain. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26- 117,649.90 ( annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
