As a Current Actions Planner, you'll bring your operational planning, joint doctrine, orders development, DOTMLPF understanding, JOPP, and high-level combatant command expertise to work alongside thought leaders in operations, analytics, digital integration, and mission planning on projects for USEUCOM and associated partners. You'll use your skills and expertise to plan, develop, analyze, coordinate, and integrate operations orders and current operations, activities, and investments across the theater. Work with us to synchronize, assess, and refine complex operational systems, policies, and processes that enable service and joint missions across the USEUCOM area of responsibility and other interconnected global problem sets.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience providing operational or strategic-level orders writing, joint planning, and staff integration
• Knowledge of Joint doctrine, operational planning processes, and combatant command staff functions
• Ability to coordinate across multiple commands and echelons, including components, functional commands, Joint Staff, and interagency partners
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience supporting a geographic Combatant Command, functional Combatant Command, or the Joint Staff
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, One Brief, Palantir, MAVEN Smart System, or AI-enabled planning tools
• Knowledge of Common Operating Picture tools, such as C2IE or ESRI platforms
• Ability to operate within high-OPTEMPO environments and rapid task turnover
• Completion of Intermediate Level Education I or JPME II

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
