Summary:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated software systems.
• Lead the full lifecycle of software development, from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Design and implement advanced algorithms and apply mathematical models to software engineering challenges.
• Manage complex dataflows and integrate software with hardware systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to high-performing software teams.
• Specialize in Java development and GPU-accelerated application design.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Salary: $340k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Architect, design, and implement complex software systems and components.
• Develop and optimize advanced algorithms, applying mathematical models to resolve challenging technical problems.
• Conduct comprehensive software testing, including integration testing, to ensure system quality and performance.
• Perform database engineering tasks, including design, implementation, and optimization using SQL.
• Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to software development teams.
• Manage dataflow systems and ensure seamless integration with hardware platforms.
• Create and maintain thorough technical documentation for software architectures and systems.
• Utilize Java as a primary development language.
• Develop and enhance high-performance, GPU-accelerated applications using technologies such as CUDA.
• Implement and manage High Performance Computing (HPC) environments and solutions.
• Apply Systems Engineering principles to ensure robust and scalable designs.
• Employ strong communications and technical writing skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
