We seek a level 3 Program Planner to be part of our team supporting the SPICE Program. The position will be based out of Highlands Ranch, CO or Boulder, CO, and will require presence at both locations for program support.
For your assigned component, you will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management and will brief senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which will reflect the accurate and detailed contractual scope and resources to execute the program.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to...
1. Leading development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring integration between the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
2. Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS) and supplemental schedules
3. Leading the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
4. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
5. Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
6. Lead planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler as part of monthly management rhythms. Ensure schedule accuracy
7. Perform schedule integrity checks
8. Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics
9. Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers
10. Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices
11. Supporting proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters to include SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks
13. Support to program meetings on site in Boulder and Highlands Ranch (monthly)

Basic Qualifications:
• 3-7 years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity
• Proficiency in project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, etc
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
• Critical Path Scheduling methodology
• Proficient knowledge of program management principles, practices, and tools
• Experience delivering briefings to team members and project teams
• Application of Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
• Experience with Resource loaded IMS schedules with baseline change control
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance; cannot be a dual citizen.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (accredited institution)
• Aerospace/defense industry expertise with Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost schedule integration
• Experience delivering Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) in compliance with IPMR/IPMDAR and managing Integrated Master Plans (IMP)
• Proficiency in schedule risk assessment tools/methods
• Familiarity with operations involving Agile/Scrum (including Scrum Master practices), production, sustainment, and depot operations environments
• Experience developing and coordinating technical proposal schedules (RFP/RFI) compliant to industry standards
• Advanced Excel capabilities - macros, lookup tables, VBA programming
• Strong analytical, problem solving and written/oral communication skills with the ability to build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
