We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Project Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and technical support for the Nosis system. This role involves managing key documentation, supporting testing and certification processes, handling hardware shipments, and facilitating team coordination to ensure the program's success.
The Nosis program is a command readiness platform primarily deployed on all nuclear-powered Navy ships. It is a Non-Tactical Data Processing System that provides robust capabilities for managing qualifications, tracking proficiency, training management, and planning maintenance for naval personnel and systems.

There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Project Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and technical support for the Nosis system. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and provide updates to the Nosis Requirements Document.
- Provide test support for CANES AI Certification, including test monitoring and the development of test reports for Nosis.
- Prepare AIT (Alteration Installation Team) documentation, including:
- MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) Development
- RMMCO (Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office) eCheck-in
- RTS (Ready to Start) Naval Message Development
- AIT Verification Reports
- Coordinate Nosis shipment preparations, including preparing outgoing shipments and managing Nosis hard drives and servers.
- Review and update the Nosis Training Plan.
- Provide meeting support, including scheduling, facilitating, and taking minutes.
Qualifications

- HS and 4-5 Years experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- (Optional) Experience with Navy or DoD systems and terminology (e.g., CANES, Nosis, RMMCO) is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance
