ERP Operations Solution Specialist

Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will:

• Support the delivery of ERP workstreams by helping translate business requirements into functional designs, process documentation, and implementation-ready deliverables across areas such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, projects, or reporting.
• Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap discussions, and process design workshops, helping clients evaluate current-state processes and align to leading practices and standardized ERP capabilities.
• Partner with functional, technical, integration, and data teams to support interfaces, reporting, data conversion, and end-to-end business process execution across the ERP landscape.
• Help execute testing activities across unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing by preparing scenarios, supporting defect tracking, validating outcomes, and maintaining traceability from requirements through sign-off.
• Provide production support and issue analysis by documenting defects, helping investigate root causes, and supporting resolution of functional process and configuration issues in a controlled ERP environment.
• Create and maintain core project artifacts including process flows, functional specifications, test documentation, control evidence, and cutover or deployment support materials.
• Support ERP delivery by helping teams address controls, compliance, security, and audit-readiness expectations while working toward client mission outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance for this role
• 2+ years' experience supporting SAP or Oracle ERP solutions in one or more functional areas such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, projects, or reporting.
• 2+ years' experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, production support, and documentation in an ERP environment.
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
  
  • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
  • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
  • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
  • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
