Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Data Engineer
Location: Fully Remote
Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance Required
Employment Type: 6-12 months contract (Potential for full time conversion)
Pay range: $37-42/hr on W2

Overview
This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in full-stack development and data engineering within an Agile environment. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web applications, database solutions, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks supporting mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop applications based on specifications provided by stakeholders and development teams
• Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to support application functionality
• Conduct testing and trial runs to validate application accuracy and performance
• Maintain and enhance existing programs to improve efficiency and adapt to evolving requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications for compliance and transparency
• Develop advanced T-SQL queries including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
• Analyze and enhance programs using workflow diagrams and logical design techniques
• Design and support reporting solutions using SSRS (including dataset development)
• Build solutions for data storage, retrieval, and system integration
• Partner with technical and business teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements
• Support systems analysis and programming for software maintenance and control
• Assist in analyzing user requirements and designing effective software solutions

Must have:

• Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance (must be eligible and maintain clearance)
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience developing and supporting custom web-based applications
• 5+ years of experience with Angular
• 5+ years of experience with Client .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server
• 5+ years of experience with Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and web design
• Experience in cloud development environments
• Experience with Client DevOps for workload planning and management
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently under general supervision in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
