Description of Duties:
The Junior Earned Value Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
- Support project management by tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
- Support financial documentation processing within the assigned task orders.
- Analyze cost/schedule performance metrics including Variance Analysis and Estimates to Complete (ETC).
- assist in the development of performance management reports, such as the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR).
- Support the development of cost and schedule baselines and prepare baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
- Support the development of financial documentation such as Work Authorization Documents (WADs) and Individual Work Authorization Documents (iWads).
- Ensure compliance with Amentum Earned Value System Description.

- Have excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Be able to multitask and meet strict deadlines

Basic Requirements:
- Must have 2, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
- May be reduced with completion of advanced education
- Must have 1, or more, years of directly related experience
- Must have working experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Must have strong math and research skills
- Must have a basic understanding of Earned Value Management or other financial management methodology
- Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
- Have expert knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Cobra, Adobe, etc.
