Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) ALC Location Support Specialist to support a federal client in driving successful adoption of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems within a mission-critical environment.
In this role, you will provide direct support to end users while guiding teams through organizational change initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring successful system adoption by identifying and aligning stakeholders across all levels of the organization, fostering engagement, and delivering clear communication that supports operational readiness and mission success.

You will play a key role in ensuring successful system adoption by identifying and aligning stakeholders across all levels of the organization, fostering engagement, and delivering clear communication that supports operational readiness and mission success.
What You'll Do
As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) ALC Location Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide direct support to end users in executing tasks within the MRO system in their operational environment
- Support the planning and execution of organizational change management strategies
- Identify key stakeholders and influencers to ensure alignment across all levels of the organization
- Develop and deliver communications that clearly articulate change objectives, benefits, and impacts to ensure transparency and buy-in
- Engage employees and stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure successful transition to new processes, systems, and organizational structures
- Identify risks associated with change initiatives and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user engagement activities to support readiness and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change initiatives in complex operational environments
- Analyze feedback and performance data to measure the effectiveness of change efforts and recommend improvements
Schedule & Shift Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- On-site support required in or near Oklahoma City, OK
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be located in or near Oklahoma City, OK
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Aviation, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience in aircraft maintenance or related industry environments
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience with Impresa software
- Experience supporting organizational change management methodologies and tools
- Experience with Agile Project Management
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and support organizations through change with confidence, clarity, and a proactive mindset
- Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, or training to build employee readiness and resilience is preferred
- Proven track record of fostering trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders is preferred
Demonstrated Advanced experience with:
- Organizational change management strategies and stakeholder engagement
- Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems and processes
- Supporting end users in operational environments
- Risk identification, mitigation, and change adoption strategies
- Support mission-critical defense maintenance and operational readiness programs
- Work directly with end users and stakeholders in high-impact environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful system adoption
- Contribute to secure, efficient, and scalable solutions supporting national defense priorities
