Credence has an immediate need for a Strategic Advisor to support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The PM PNT provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services to the Army director PNT systems.

The PM PNT provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services to the Army director PNT systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Acquisition & Strategic Planning: Provide expert advice on acquisition strategies (BAA, OTA), programming milestones, and risk mitigation to align with PM PNT goals.
- Programmatic Support: Assist with the development and review of program plans, budget execution, and contracting efforts within the PNT portfolio.
- Technology Protection & Security: Guide the multidisciplinary lifecycle protection of Assured PNT technologies against foreign intelligence threats.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between Army operational commands, Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S), and industry partners.
- Operational Integration: Apply experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), logistics, and training to accelerate fielding of capabilities to the Warfighter.
Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
- Must have an active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- A master's degree in a relevant discipline is required, accompanied by a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the applicable technical or professional field, with at least five (5) years specifically within the Department of the Army, Department of Defense/Department of War sector.
- OR a bachelor's degree in a related discipline along with at least twelve (12) years of relevant technical or professional experience, including a minimum of five (5) years in a Department of the Army, Department of Defense/Department of War sector.
Preferred: Previous experience as an Army O-4/O-5 or equivalent.
Requirements:
- Must meet PAE (Program Acquisition Executive) and CPE (Combat Program Executive) organizational standards for senior advisors.
Skills: Exceptional technical writing, oral communication, and strategic planning abilities.
