The Quality Control Program Manager (QC PM) leads quality control governance and execution across the training and compliance lifecycle. This role plans and conducts audits and inspections, drives corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), monitors quality metrics and performance trends, and delivers clear, actionable reporting to leadership. The QC PM partners with Training, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness is measurable, compliant, and consistently implemented across all campuses and sites.

This role plans and conducts audits and inspections, drives corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), monitors quality metrics and performance trends, and delivers clear, actionable reporting to leadership. The QC PM partners with Training, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness is measurable, compliant, and consistently implemented across all campuses and sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quality control (QC) program for training and compliance, ensuring alignment with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Define, execute, and continuously improve audit and inspection plans to evaluate control effectiveness and reduce risk.
- Establish and track quality metrics and performance targets; drive continuous improvement through data-informed insights.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including issue intake, root-cause analysis support, remediation tracking, and validation of closure.
- Produce clear, actionable reporting for leadership on QC program health, audit results, findings, and remediation status.
- Identify gaps and nonconformances; coordinate corrective actions with the Training Program Manager and site leadership.
- Participate in change management reviews to ensure QC processes remain current with evolving policies, procedures, and operational needs.
- Align QC activities with training delivery, certification timelines, and compliance objectives across campuses and sites.
- Support internal and external audits related to training, licensing, and compliance, including preparation, evidence collection, and follow-up actions.
