Description:This Lockheed Martin Space Systems position involves responsibilities which include classified system administration & IT tasks supporting the Engineering Visualization Services / 3DMSS Team.
This position offers exciting opportunities for the configuration and maintenance of on customer classified network / systems providing interactive game-engine based environments, and Windows Domain for a small program at Space Systems Company. The domain consists of multiple sites across the US, supporting different user's needs.
This position will be responsible for all system builds/configurations (Servers/Workstations/AWS) as well as maintaining an accurate inventory of all equipment, identifying/purchasing equipment, within a budget and maintaining software purchases and version control.
This position works with a team making important, impactful contributions to AR/VR/MR development at Space Systems.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Build and Maintain Windows Domain (DNS, GPO hardening, WSUS, etc.) on government classified network
• Build Windows systems with LM approved configuration
• Build Windows systems with DoD/SCI approved configuration
• Work with network team to build/maintain network across US
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Maintain accurate inventory system of all equipment
• Provide IT Support for Space System's EVS/3DMSS team of AR/VR/MR modeling and simulation team.
• Conduct security and vulnerability scans
• Input into System Security Plans, supporting documents and scan uploads
• Provide technical guidance to System owners to maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) Accreditation
Basic Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of Nessus, GPO configuration, hardening, WSUS, vulnerability remediation, HBSS, STIG compliance, RMF compliance
• CompTIA Security + Certification - Required
• SCI Clearance - Required
• Extensive knowledge of SCI and DoD system build/configuration and hardening processes
• Hardware Configuration/Maintenance - be able to replace and upgrade system hardware
Desired Skills:
• Windows Server Management (DNS, GPO,WSUS, etc)
• Knowledge / Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• System Administration experience on classified AWS environments
• Knowledge of government NMIS classified network software approval and installation process
• Familiarity with Adobe CC; multi-GPU architecture, HTC Vive; AR/VR setup & maintenance; iPad, iPhone, mobility devices
• Familiarity with USSF launch base operations & launch support
• LM Property Management/Tracking/Disposition
• Willing to travel

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $93,200 - $164,450. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
