Description:Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Project Engineer IV, you will lead production-related projects by managing cost, schedule, and scope. You'll play a key role in ensuring manufacturing programs stay on track and aligned with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee production and capital projects
• Develop and maintain production schedules (IMS)
• Allocate resources and support production strategy planning
• Track and manage cost, schedule, and project scope
• Support proposal development and project cost estimates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
• Provide occasional off-hours or weekend support as needed
• Travel up to 25% as required

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered, candidates must demonstrate:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience)
• Experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or logistics
• Experience managing projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, and scope
• Experience developing or maintaining production schedules or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning or tracking
• Ability to coordinate teams and resources to meet production goals
• Proficiency with standard tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Nice-to-have skills that strengthen candidacy but are not required:
• Experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for cost and schedule projections
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and labor standards
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume production environments
• Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
