What You Will Be Doing
The Financial Analyst, Sr supports the day-to-day execution of ADP Program Finance activities and plays a key role in delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This position contributes across a broad range of program finance functions, including cost management, earned value analysis, and financial planning.

The role requires the ability to work independently while leveraging enterprise financial systems and tools to ensure program performance is effectively tracked, analyzed, and communicated to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day ADP Program Finance activities across multiple program finance functions

- Establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) with the ability to work independently

- Perform analysis and reconciliation of actual costs against plans and forecasts

- Develop and maintain Estimate at Complete (EAC) projections to support program financial health

- Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including determining and applying appropriate Earned Value techniques

- Perform variance analysis (cost, schedule, and performance) and communicate drivers and impacts

- Utilize enterprise financial toolsets, including CostView, Cobra, and wInsight, to support analysis and reporting

- Perform detailed financial cost analyses, including cost allocation and cost control activities

- Prepare financial reports and contractual deliverables in support of program requirements

- Assist in the development and documentation of corrective action plans to address performance variances

- Prepare financial analysis and summaries for presentation to various levels of leadership

Who You Are
You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with strong experience in program finance and earned value management. You are comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

You bring experience in cost analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You are proficient with enterprise financial tools and thrive in a structured environment that requires accuracy, accountability, and strong financial discipline. You are also an effective communicator who can present financial information clearly to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
• Financial analysis experience

• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel
Desired Skills:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with 6 yrs of professional experience in related field
• Minimum 2 years experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP)
• Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR)
• Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion
• Data analysis through use of self-developed queries.
• Familiarity Deltek Cobra and related applications
• Experience interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers
• Experience in taking raw data and presenting it in written/oral form for concise management reports
• Experience in preparation of formal CPR/IPMR reporting.
• Experience playing a key role within a multi-disciplinary team composed of various specialties.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
