You will be the Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the Program Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-performance missile hardware and launch-vehicle systems that meet the toughest quality standards.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering or math; or equivalent education and experience
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; and therefore must be a US Citizen
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
Advanced knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills
Well versed in GD&T, interpreting drawings and standards
Experienced in using various inspection measurement tools
Ability to work with and around explosives
Desired Skills:
STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher preferred
Manufacturing experience
Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103
Working knowledge of SAP
Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes
Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
