Senior Training Instructor

We are seeking a Senior Training Instructor - Faculty Development to support our customer on Patrick Space Force Base, FL.

This role requires in-person support.

Duties:

• Develop learning activities and scenarios to support faculty training courses/workshops.
• Develop activity guides, PowerPoint/media presentations to support faculty training courses/workshops.
• Provide classroom instruction to support faculty training courses/workshops.
• Develop instructor job aids to enhance instructor training delivery.
• Conduct instructor onboarding and mentorship sessions to develop new faculty members.
• Conduct formative and summative evaluations and provide developmental feedback to faculty members.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical advice in the development of faculty members.

Required Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning theory and its application in faculty instructional settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of the concepts, practices, and procedures for designing and developing materials for adult instruction and professional development
• Knowledge in human relations topics and expert knowledge in delivery, evaluation and certification of DEOMI training programs.
• Familiarity with the DEOMI curriculum.

R equired Education:

• Master's degree
• Experience may be substituted

Required Experience:

• Five (5) years of related experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
