We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our customer on Patrick Space Force Base, FL. The curriculum developer will have the following duties:

This role requires in-person support.

Duties:
  • Conduct Occupational Analysis for the MEO Training Program
  • Develop plans for occupational analysis to understand MEO practitioner role purpose, organizational placement, supervisory relationships, and scope of responsibility in field, fleet, wing, and delta environments.
  • Gather requisite background information to establish baseline, collect data from requisite stakeholders, conduct analysis, and validate findings.
  • Define core Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) required for successful MEO performance, ensuring alignment with current policy, operational demands, and leadership expectations.
  • Identify and document performance standards associated with MEO duties, including measurable expectations tied to outcomes, compliance, effectiveness, and operational readiness.
  • Assess physical and environmental demands associated with MEO roles, including deployment conditions, operational tempo, and organizational climate constraints.
  • Develop a structured occupational framework describing functional domains, task groupings, competency levels, and career progression pathways.
  • Translate occupational findings into actionable recommendations for workforce development, training design, and policy alignment.

Required Education
  • Masters Degree in Human Factors Engineer, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychologist, Sociologist, Anthropologist, and Human relations related fields.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
