Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facilities Clerk to join our team in Stafford VA. This is an onsite position.

Facilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day facility support functions
- Maintains adequate office supply inventory
- Moves furniture and office equipment as necessary and performs all office handy person duties, Maintains and restocks kitchen areas daily
- Provides escort assistance for contractor activities and building management requests, and assistance as needed during relocations and construction
- Performs other duties as reasonably assigned
Janitorial: Work to be performed in both classified and unclassified areas
- Daily vacuuming of common areas and high-traffic areas. Daily cleaning of all interior glass touchpoints (doors and entryways). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl
- Daily cleaning of restrooms, break areas, sinks, counters, and tables. Daily mopping of high-traffic hard flooring surfaces
- Weekly cleaning of carpets. Weekly dusting of all areas and surfaces. Monthly refrigerator cleaning, emptying contents and complete wipe down
- Performs all work in accordance with established Corporate and OSHA safety standards and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial or maintenance role(s)
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in janitorial and building maintenance role(s)
- Experience working in professional environments
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to work in both stationary and active positions.
- Must be able to move about inside the facility to access offices, conference rooms, staging areas, and break rooms, and to perform janitorial and maintenance actions inside of those spaces.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl
