Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions

• Shadow senior IT staff to learn troubleshooting and system administration
• Participate in IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, migrations)
• Suggest improvements for workflows based on observations
• Assist in running antivirus scans and patch updates
• Help prepare devices for new hires (imaging, configuration)
• Track and update IT equipment inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses)
• Respond to basic helpdesk tickets under supervision
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for employees
• Assist with minor facility issues/repairs
• Assist with building visitor access and reconciliation

Required Education and Experience

• Current Junior/Senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in an IT-related field at an accredited university
• Experience with computer components, Windows operating systems, and software
