Job Description
Conviso Inc is hiring Organizational Change & Training Specialist with ServiceNow experience. This is a 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO. The Ideal Candidate would support enterprise ServiceNow transformation initiatives across major modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SPM.
Title : Organizational Change & Training Specialist (ServiceNow) – Remote
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead change management, communications, and training efforts for ServiceNow initiatives
. Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and adoption risks
. Develop training materials, user guides, and deliver instructor-led/virtual training
. Partner with functional and technical teams to support user adoption and go-live readiness
. Track adoption metrics, support communications, and drive continuous improvement across releases
Required Skills:
. 8+ years in Organizational Change Management, Training, or User Adoption roles
. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SPM
. Experience supporting enterprise implementations or digital transformation programs
. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and training delivery skills
. Experience with training tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS) and managing priorities in remote environments
Preferred Qualifications:
. Federal/Government or regulated environment experience
. Certifications such as Prosci, PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow preferred
. Experience with adoption reporting, user readiness metrics, and change leadership
