Conviso Inc is hiring ServiceNow Developers, these are 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO.
Role: Sr ServiceNow Developer (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
. Design and develop complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, SPM, and CSM
. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with CSDM and platform standards
. Develop advanced components, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow tools and scripting
. Ensure code quality, governance, technical design reviews, and support release/DevSecOps processes
. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, support Agile delivery, and mentor junior developers
Required Skills:
. 7–10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow development
. Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and integration experience
. Expertise in at least 3 ServiceNow modules (ITSM plus CMDB/ITOM/HAM/SPM/CSM)
. Strong understanding of CMDB/CSDM, Agile methodologies, testing, and deployment practices
Preferred Qualifications:
. ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications
. Experience with ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and multi-instance environments
. Knowledge of governance frameworks, regulated environments, and platform architecture/scaling
