The United States Space Force (USSF) at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO is searching for an Infrastructure and Mission Support Program Manager to support CFC/S4N (NH-0801-03, GS-12/13 Equivalent).

Description of Position: Serves as a Program Manager within the Infrastructure and Integration Division (CFC/S4N). Leads processes to plan, prioritize and resource the command's infrastructure and mission support requirements. Works with operational and support stakeholders to improve collaboration and the delivery of mission support capabilities. Provides decision support to senior leaders to improve the readiness and sustainment of global space operations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Serves as the strategic bridge between operational units, higher headquarters, mission partners and external stakeholders for mission support and infrastructure matters and integrates requirements into resourcing processes.
- Provides command-level oversight for sustaining operations and providing mission support at over 150 locations.
- Drafts and coordinates guidance on CFC mission support and infrastructure policy to diverse stakeholders, including operational units, joint service partners, allied nations and acquisition agencies.
- Communicates infrastructure and mission support analysis to senior leaders and stakeholders, enabling informed resource choices and effective advocacy for mission support and infrastructure requirements across the Space Force and Department of War.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret /SCI security clearance.
  • Position requires drug testing
  • Safeguards classified or sensitive budget-related information and/or files.
  • May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.
  • Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed "Unscheduled Telework".
  • This position will close after 5 business days or 75 applications, whichever comes first.
  • Employee may be required to perform travel by military or commercial passenger aircraft in the performance of temporary duty assignments.
  • PCS / Relocation funding is not authorized.
  • Subject to TDY 50 days per year.
