Job Description
EPS is seeking a dedicated Senior Electrical Program Manager to join EPS Corporation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline, and; • Ten (10) years of senior leadership and management experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs. • Demonstrated experience should include capability to lead project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms and demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks of various types and complexity. • Demonstrated experience should include the management of software, hardware, and providing technical direction of multiple complex projects to project personnel, demonstrating responsibility for all aspects of performance and the overall direction of all project activities and personnel. • Demonstrated ability, as evidenced in the resume, to interface effectively with customers. • Demonstrated technical experience with complex hardware or software programs, including Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), prototyping, and/or communication systems.
