✈️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and administer SCI Personnel and Physical Security Programs for 11 AF
- Conduct SCI indoctrinations and manage access control for SCIFs and SCI-cleared personnel
- Monitor DISS and Scattered Castles for clearance verification and derogatory data
- Coordinate escorts and execute audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain SCIF documentation (FFC, TEMPEST, CSP, MSP)
- Process TS//SCI visit requests and liaise with DCSA CAS for adjudication and eligibility
- Deliver training and guidance to subordinate unit SSOs
- Support Program Compliance Review (PCR) inspections and readiness initiatives
- Active TS/SCI clearance required on day one
- Minimum 5 years of DoD security experience in military or intelligence environments
- Associate’s degree
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DoD clearance systems (DISS, Scattered Castles)
- Deep knowledge of ICD 704, ICD 705, and DoDM 5105.21 Vols 2 & 3
- Experience with DIA SCIF authorization and security protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in a security-related discipline
- SPeD Security Fundamentals Certification
- ICD 705 Site Security Manager (SSM) Certification
- Security Asset Protection Professional Certification
- PMP Certification
