Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Program Office Business Process Support Professional providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).
Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network providing resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Force to win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM's main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.
This is a full-time position located at the Pentagon, Washington, DC (This position is 5 days a week onsite).
Responsibilities
This role will assist Government Program Managers with daily office operations and management support functions involving planning, coordinating, and evaluating logistical and organizational actions required to support designated missions, weapons systems, and program office operations.
The position will support identification and analysis of requirements related to funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services while maintaining key documentation through websites, portals, and management systems. This role ensures required support is aligned with program plans and delivered at the appropriate time and place.

Clearance: Must have be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance and have current SCI eligibility
Preferred Qualifications

Years of experience: 10+ years of experience with 5+ years being in the DoD

Responsibilities

Duties include but not limited to:
Program Office Operations
- Build and maintain a running list of taskers, assign taskers appropriately to team members, and ensure timely closeout of actions.
- Manage and oversee taskers and suspense items.
- Gather required inputs and documentation, draft responses, and facilitate reporting processes for inquiries from multiple sources.
- Track and coordinate documentation packages and staff actions for signature and approval.
- Assist with management of organizational workflow.
- Coordinate, consolidate, analyze, distribute, and monitor action items, suspense items, and responses.
- Track Officer Performance Reports (OPRs), Enlisted Performance Reports (EPRs), civilian appraisals, and feedback actions.
- Analyze higher headquarters guidance and provide recommendations regarding manpower and personnel documentation.
- Maintain unit personnel management rosters, unit manning documents, and related organizational rosters.
- Facilitate and assist with unit preparedness for inspections and MICT evaluations.
- Draft and maintain office plans and procedures including:
- Organizational baselines
- Organizational charts
- Functional statements
- Mission descriptions
- Telephone directories
- Identify, collect, synthesize, organize, and manage organizational knowledge supporting branch portfolios and products.
- Accumulate, understand, and leverage knowledge of business activities on behalf of the organization and stakeholders.
- Build and organize conceptual assets into knowledge bases through Google wiki sites.
- Process, review, and report acquisition documentation including:
- Monthly Acquisition Reports (MARs)
- Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs)
- Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADMs)
- Provide guidance, feedback, and management support for Budget Execution Review preparations and presentations.
- Support management functions and processes using analytical methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate information related to:
- Organizational structures
- Resource requirements
- Utilization and control
- Manning requirements
- Human resources
- DoD and Air Force program and project analysis
- Assist with development and implementation of programs supporting continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Support supply management activities involving accountable and non-accountable supplies and equipment.
- Process supply and equipment requisitions.
- Maintain supply and equipment inventories.
- Conduct inventories in accordance with:
- AFI 23-111, Management of Government Property in Possession of the Air Force
- AFMAN 23-110, USAF Supply Manual
- Assist with processing military and civilian awards and decorations in accordance with:
- AFI 36-1004, The Air Force Civilian Recognition Program
- AFI 36-2803, The Air Force Military Awards and Decorations Program
- AFI 36-2805, Special Trophies and Awards
- Ensure the appropriate Air Force Instruction is applied to each award or decoration.
- Assist with statistics analysis, reporting, and awards policy compliance.

- Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000 series instructions.
