We are seeking a mid-level Electrical Engineer to join a small team working on a multi-year Machine Learning RF research and test & evaluation project. This role focuses on the implementation and evaluation of communication and signal processing systems, with a strong emphasis on software development.

Required Qualifications
- experience designing, developing, and testing engineering systems
- Strong programming experience in Python and/or C/C++
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Background in communications systems, signal processing, or RF fundamentals
- Experience implementing algorithms or analysis tools in software
- Experience with source control systems (Git or equivalent)
- Willingness to work on hands-on coding, testing, and data analysis tasks
- Must be willing and able to be submitted for TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with wireless communications concepts (modulation, coding, spectral analysis, etc.)
- Experience with SDRs, radio systems, or RF test setups
- Familiarity with real-time or streaming signal processing systems
- Exposure to embedded systems or low-level development
- Familiarity with AI/ML applied to signals or communications
- Experience with data analysis or visualization tools
- Active TS/SCI
