Responsibilities
Millennium corporation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a DoD Acquisitions program in Warren, MI. Qualified candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting DoD acquisition programs who thrives in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy environment. You'll play a key role in keeping program operations organized, aligned, and moving forward-working closely with program leadership and stakeholders across the acquisition ecosystem.

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Millennium corporation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a DoD Acquisitions program in Warren, MI. Qualified candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.

You'll play a key role in keeping program operations organized, aligned, and moving forward-working closely with program leadership and stakeholders across the acquisition ecosystem.
The Program Coordinator will:
- Coordinate and synchronize program activities across stakeholders
- Manage program calendars, meetings, and leadership engagements
- Track action items, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure execution
- Support preparation and tracking of acquisition documentation in alignment with DoDI 5000.02
- Assist with acquisition program baselines, supportability planning, and program artifacts
- Maintain organized records and documentation within program systems
- Serve as a coordination point between PM, PEO leadership, and organizations such as ASA (ALT)
- Capture, document, and distribute meeting minutes and action items
- Support preparation of materials for leadership visibility and decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Production, or another related technical field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience coordinating and collaborating the management of complex DoD engineering or technical programs.
- Experience in the preparation and tracking of Program Documentation IAW DoDI 5000.02
- Experience in acquisition program documentation.
- Preference given to those with experience supporting a military acquisition program.
- Active Secret Security Clearance
