Application Support Analyst

Job Description:
The Application Support Lead is responsible for planning and executing the transition of LIMS application from development into steadyâstate support. This role ensures operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and stabilization while establishing clear ownership, processes, and service levels. The Lead acts as the bridge between development, operations, and business stakeholders during goâlive and postâgoâlive phases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead application transition from development to support, including KT, documentation, and readiness assessments.
- Define and operationalize L2/L3 support models, SLAs, and escalation paths.
- Stabilize applications postârelease by driving incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendors to resolve defects and transition gaps.
- Ensure adherence to ITSM processes and support governance standards.
