Application Support Analyst

Job Description:
The Application Support Lead is responsible for planning and executing the transition of LIMS application from development into steadyâstate support. This role ensures operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and stabilization while establishing clear ownership, processes, and service levels. The Lead acts as the bridge between development, operations, and business stakeholders during goâlive and postâgoâlive phases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support application transition activities including knowledge transfer and validation of support documentation.
- Provide L2 application support, troubleshooting incidents, defects, and failed jobs.
- Assist with postâgoâlive stabilization and monitoring of application performance.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 or development teams as needed.
- Follow ITSM processes and maintain accurate ticket and resolution documentation.
