Staff should have a working knowledge of Air Force systems and federal accounting data as it relates to the Security Assistance Account area. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with hands-on experience with tools like Databricks, Qlik, PowerBI, and web applications. Proficiency in data mining and coding to build statistical models, automate processes, and perform UoT tracing analyses. They should understand data structures, system logic, and relational databases to trace transactions end-to-end and reconcile disparate datasets. Also, the staff will be required to communicate complex concepts clearly, collaborate effectively with accounting stakeholders and respond quickly to urgent requests. Hands-on skill with DAF financial/feeder systems and modern analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks + BI tools) plus Python/SQL to automate workflows, reconcile datasets, and support end-to-end traceability (e.g., UoT).
