Gridiron IT is looking to hire an Architecture Quality Analyst to support a government program in St. Louis, MO.
The Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of quality processes across IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards and drive operational excellence throughout the Project. Activities include, but are not limited to, implementing processes, driving continuous improvement in processes and quality, and aligning to quality frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, IT project delivery, and process improvement methodologies. This person will act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters and provide regular updates to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Framework Development: Define and establish quality assurance standards, processes, and templates to be utilized throughout IT projects.
Process Design and Implementation: Collaborate with project teams to design, document, and implement robust processes for IT project delivery.
Quality Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established quality standards, and recommend corrective actions.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize and streamline processes while maintaining quality and compliance.
Metrics and Reporting:Develop and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to track project performance against key indicators.
Team Training and Awareness: Provide training to project teams on quality standards, processes, and tools.
Risk Management: Ensure that quality risks are documented, monitored, and addressed effectively.
Tool and Technology Utilization: Implement, leverage and manage tools to support quality assurance and process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a similar role within IT projects.
Knowledge of quality frameworks such as CMMI and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma.
Experience in creating and implementing templates, processes, and quality standards.
Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $70-80 hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
