Position: RBAC Developer (Databricks / Python)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) Developer to support a new staffing initiative with USPS. This role will focus on designing and implementing access control frameworks, with an emphasis on data platforms and secure access management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement RBAC models and access control policies
• Work with Databricks to manage data access and permissions
• Develop and automate solutions using Python
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define access requirements and security standards
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• Hands-on experience with Databricks
• Proficiency in Python
• Understanding of data security, access governance, and identity management

Preferred:
• Experience working with large enterprise or government environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
